FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions

The following questions give you an insight into how we work as a logo and web design agency and answer many common questions about our brand design services.

How much do you charge?

Our standard hourly rate for design, development and consultancy is £60/hr.  Each project is assessed individually and quoted depending on your exact requirements.  Examples of typical logo and web design prices are shown on our Pricing Page.

We sometimes give discounts to start-up businesses depending on their specific circumstances and requirements.  Please enquire for more details.

All prices exclude VAT unless stated.

What timescales do you generally work on?

We work fast. We really do.  If you have a specific deadline that you need to meet, then we will do our absolute best to help you meet that date.

When you make your enquiry, we will provide you with estimated timescales for your individual project.

We begin work on your project as soon as we have received confirmation of the project brief and payment of the deposit.

What are your payment terms?

For small projects we take payment upfront.  For projects of £400 or more, we take 50% of the project’s costs upfront as a deposit, and remaining 50% upon project completion.  Large projects may be broken down into several staged payments.  If the client delays the project by 30 days or more, we invoice for the final amount to cover development costs.

What currency do you use?

We accept payments in GBP, USD and Euros.  Please tell us your preferred currency.

What payment methods do you accept?

Invoices are generated using Paypal and are very easy to pay online via PayPal or Credit/Debit Card.  For UK payments, we also accept BACS (Bank Transfer).

Where are you located?

Our business is based in the beautiful setting of Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwickshire, UK.  Our team members are located across the UK, US, Europe and Australia.  This gives us a wide range of cultural perspectives.

What happens if I lose my designs?

We strongly recommend that you take a backup of all work supplied immediately on delivery.  However, we will keep a backup of every project for around 6 months from completion date.  So if you get really stuck, just ask and we’ll see what we can do.

Will you reuse my completed design for other clients?

Every project is designed to meet the specific needs of the client’s projects and you own full copyright of the design upon final payment.
